Velrix is an independent digital services studio providing custom digital solutions worldwide.
Our services may include:
- Website Design
- Landing Page Development
- E-commerce Setup
- UI/UX Design
- AI-Assisted Workflows
- Digital Optimization Services
Velrix reserves the right to accept, decline or discontinue project requests at its sole discretion.
A project officially begins only when all three conditions are met:
The client approves the proposal.
All required information has been submitted.
Full payment has been successfully received and verified.
No work begins before payment confirmation.
- 100% upfront payment is required for all projects.
- Payments are collected through secure, client-specific payment links.
- Clients are responsible for currency conversion fees, transfer fees and banking charges.
- Velrix never requests passwords, PIN codes or confidential banking information.
- Projects remain inactive until payment is fully verified.
Only services explicitly listed in the approved proposal are included. Additional services may require separate pricing.
Common examples of out-of-scope work:
- New pages or sections
- New integrations or platforms
- New functionalities
- Major redesign requests
- Additional content creation
- Each project includes two (2) revision rounds.
- Revision requests must remain within the agreed project scope.
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
Clients are responsible for providing all required materials in a timely manner:
- Logos and brand assets
- Images and videos
- Product information
- Written content and copy
- Required access credentials
Clients confirm they have full legal permission to use all materials provided to Velrix.
Delivery estimates are approximate and provided in good faith. Timelines may change due to factors outside Velrix's reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Delayed client responses
- Missing materials or assets
- Additional or out-of-scope requests
- Third-party interruptions
Velrix is not responsible for delays arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Domain names and hosting services remain under the client's ownership at all times.
- Velrix may assist with setup and configuration as part of the agreed scope.
- Velrix does not own, renew or manage client domain or hosting subscriptions.
- Clients are responsible for all future renewals, payments and subscription management.
Before final delivery, all drafts, concepts and working files remain the exclusive property of Velrix.
After successful completion and full payment, clients receive usage rights to the final deliverables as specified in the proposal.
Velrix may showcase completed projects within its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Velrix may use AI-assisted workflows and modern development tools to improve efficiency, consistency and overall project quality.
The use of these tools does not affect the ownership rights or quality guarantees of the final deliverables.
Due to the customized nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.
Refund requests may be reviewed individually at Velrix's sole discretion.
Velrix is not responsible for outages, policy changes or technical issues originating from third-party providers, including:
- Domain providers
- Hosting providers
- External APIs and platforms
- Payment providers
Official communication channels are limited to:
- The Velrix website contact form
- The official Velrix email address
Only written confirmations received through official channels are considered valid approvals.
Velrix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Clients remain solely responsible for:
- Their business operations
- Their website content
- Compliance with laws in their own country
- Their customers and transactions
Velrix reserves the right to decline, suspend or terminate projects involving:
- Illegal activities
- Fraudulent activities
- Copyright infringement
- Harmful or abusive content
- Misleading or deceptive practices
Velrix may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
